Ingredients

Shortbread: Plain flour, unsalted butter, corn starch, sugar, egg yolk, vanilla, sea salt & lots of love.
Icing: Icing sugar, meringue, clear vanilla.
Edible Image Icing Sheets: Tapioca starch, corn syrup solids, microcrystalline cellulose, sugar, water, glycerine, canola oil, polyglycerol esters, titanium dioxide, algin, potassium sorbate (preservative), citric acid, sodium bicarbonate, soy lecithin.
Edible Inks: Water, Glycerin, Coloring.

All our products contain eggs and are suitable for a vegetarian diet, but not for vegans, or those with wheat or gluten allergies.

NUT ALLERGY WARNING: although a product may contain nuts, all items are made in a kitchen that handles nuts.

What forms of payment are accepted?

We accept the following credit cards through PayPal: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

Please note that PayPal charges a 5% processing fee.

We also accept corporate cheques and INTERAC email transfers.

We DO NOT accept personal cheques and orders are not processed until payment is received and cleared.

All prices are quoted in Canadian dollars.

Can I order by phone?

Orders can be placed over the phone by calling 778.558.1854 (Monday to Friday between 10am - 6pm PST)

Do you deliver?

Yes, delivery is available for both residential and commercial buildings in the Greater Vancouver Area.

What are my shipping options?

We take as much care packing our cookies for shipping as we do in baking and decorating them.

All our orders ship via Expedited Parcel through Canada Post, which in our experience arrives within 7-10 days for all Canadian addresses with tracking information.

Quicker delivery options are available for a premium, please inquire for rates.

What is the shelf life of your products?

All our cookies have a 2 month shelf life if stored in an air-tight container in a cool, dry place and last up to 6 months if frozen (do not refrigerate).

Cakes and cupcakes should be consumed within 24 hours for ideal freshness, but can continue to be enjoyed for several days.

How soon in advance should I place my order?

Lead time is dependant on the size and design. A general rule of thumb is 2 weeks. Please inquire for more information.
